Pottery Workshop

It's a hand building workshop with a specific project designed to utilize all basic techniques to produce a fine, functional piece. All we will be exploring how to use the infamous potter wheel
as a preparation for the next series of pottery workshops The hand building project is called the face jug which is based on the Appalachian Mountain face jugs of yesteryear.

Wear old clothes, bring your questions and ideas. Tell us what brought you to pottery.

The craft requires a few tools which you need to bring or the materials cost will soar, but most kitchen loving individuals will have these few things on hand
